Privacy policy
This page explains what EHCP Assist does with your data in plain English. Short version: the deadline checker never leaves your device, we do not run tracking cookies, we do not sell anything, and you can ask us to delete what little we hold at any time.

The deadline checker
The checker runs entirely in your browser. The dates and details you enter to work out your deadlines are processed on your device and are never sent to our servers, stored in a database, or seen by anyone at EHCP Assist.
If you save your dates by email
If you choose to have your deadlines emailed to you or saved for reminders, we store your email address and the dates you chose, so we can send you those reminders. We useResend to send these emails on our behalf. Resend processes the email for us and does not use your data for its own purposes.
Analytics
We useCloudflare Web Analyticsto see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. You will not see a cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.
What we never do
We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use anything you send us to train AI models.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete any data we hold on you at any time. Email[email protected] and we will remove it. Since the checker holds nothing about you in the first place, this mainly applies if you have given us your email address for reminders.
ICO registration
We are in the process of registering with theInformation Commissioner's Office (ICO), as required for organisations that handle personal data in the UK. We will list our registration details here once they are issued.
